NATIONAL CORE is Indias leading Transformers Core Manufacturers, Exporters, and Suppliers located at Chembur, Mumbai & the warehouse in Kalamboki, Raigad District (Maharashtra). With the inception of NEEL CORE in January 1992, the production was 5m.t per month but presently the production has increased to 100m.t per month. Mr. Ishwar Ranshur is the CEO of the company who has profound experience in this field using which he manages all the operations very efficiently.

Team We have a dexterous team of professionals who work hard for the completion of all the tasks within the allotted time frame. The team members of the company work in proximity with the clients in order to fulfill all their expectations regarding the products.

Facilities The manufacturing unit located at Chembur has a capacity of 100m.t for stock material & our warehouse at Kalamboli in Raigad District has a capacity of 500m.t. for stock material. Besides, the company has fix transporters for fast delivery of products to customers at reasonable rates.

Machinery We have the following machines in the companys manufacturing unit that enable us to cater even the bulkiest of orders of the customers.

• 50 no. of manually cutting sharing machines
• 5 no. of power press machines for V-noch cutting
• 4no.of electrical Annealing furnace having capacity of 1200kg
• Grander for Bled grinding of sharing cutting machine
• Roller machine giving 150m.t. production per month
• Core loss tester for testing of core loss 1.7tesla on 50Hz
