NEEL CORE is India’s leading Transformers Core manufacturing company located at Chembur & the warehouse in Kalamboki, Raigad District (Maharashtra). When we started the company in January 1992, our production was 5m.t per month but now the production has increased to 100m.t per month. Mr. Ishwar Ranshur is the CEO of our well-known organization and has profound experience in this field. We also deal in the importing of raw material from other country. Since the establishment, our company is independently involved in importing of material. We mainly import materials from Belgium, U.A.E., Turkey, Dammam for secondary materials & from A.K. STEEL U.S.A, TAKES JERMANY, NUPPON &KAWASAAKI JAPAN etc. for prime materials. We also import coil & sheet from these mills.
Our manufacturing unit located at Chembur has a capacity of 100m.t for stock material & our warehouse at Kalamboli in Raigad District has a capacity of 500m.t. for stock material. You can directly deal with the Director for the raw material of CRGO. Our company has three fix transporters for fast delivery of products to customers at reasonable rates. We check the quality of materials before importing the material & delivering them. We also pack the finished products so as to protect them from air & water.
We mainly cut the lamination manually. We have 50 no. of manually cutting sharing machines. These are specially made in Rajkot & Punjab. We have 5 no. of power press machines for V-noch cutting, Holing & E&I Stampings. We have 4no.of electrical Annealing furnace having capacity of 1200kg. We also have grander for Bled grinding of sharing cutting machine for control of burr sides of lamination. Our roller machine gives 150m.t. production per month in few electrical uses. We have core loss tester for testing of core loss 1.7tesla on 50Hz. We import materials from U.S.A, BELJIUM, TURKEY, U.A.E., SAUDI ARABIA, etc. In India, we supply transformers & lamination to CRGO ELECTRICAL STEEL in Delhi, Jaipur, Indore, Ratlam, Raipur, Ujjain, Mumbai, Orissa, Punjab, and Andhra Pradesh.
